Invented here in the Bay Area, the Mai Tai, has long been a tiki bar favorite. It’s tropical mix of lime, orange, and rum mimic some of the world’s most popular sour cocktails. The addition of orgeat, a syrup of almond and orange-blossom water, adds a unique nuttiness to this citrus mix. In our mocktail version of this classic drink, we mix fresh lime juice with a pineapple-orange juice and an almond-black tea blend. slightly sweetened with agave to add some floral notes to this citrus forward drink. Perfect spin for the “sour” lovers!

This Pineapple Mai Tai kit comes with all the ingredients and garnishes you’ll need to create at least 8 mocktails. Lime Juice, pineapple-orange juice, light agave, and an almond black-tea syrup are all used in this kit. Tea blend consists of black tea, almond, coconut, orange rind, clove, rose hips, chamomile, and chicory root.
