Invented here in the Bay Area, the Mai Tai, has long been a tiki bar favorite. It’s tropical mix of lime, orange, and rum mimic some of the world’s most popular sour cocktails. The addition of orgeat, a syrup of almond and orange-blossom water, adds a unique nuttiness to this citrus mix. In our mocktail version of this classic drink, we mix fresh lime juice with a pineapple-orange juice and an almond-black tea blend. slightly sweetened with agave to add some floral notes to this citrus forward drink. Perfect spin for the “sour” lovers!

Our kits are non-alcoholic “mocktails” that substitute the liquor for our signature tea blends. However, they are designed to pair perfectly with your favorite spirits! We help guide you on which spirits to pair with each kit. Don’t let that stop you from trying out new combinations since the root of bartending is a curiosity to help our favorite spirits taste best. Kits make about 8 drinks which would pair perfectly with a 375ml bottle of your favorite spirit.
We focus on quality ingredients
We believe in utilizing as many natural ingredients in our kits as possible. Simple recipes focusing on higher quality ingredients makes all the difference. Our menu changes every season to focus on what’s fresh at that moment. Artificial citrus juices are way too bitter and store bought mixers and syrups usually have a long list of preservatives, flavorings, and colorings.
